Brant Beach NJ is a very narrow section of Long Beach Island so the area is less dense than other parts of the area. The beaches of Brant Beach have been replenished by a federally funded beach replenishment project so they are some of the widest on Long Beach Island! Brant Beach is located between Ship Bottom to the north and Beach Haven Crest to the south.

The Brant Beach NJ real estate market offers buyers some great opportunities for a beach house that is a short distance to the beach at an affordable price! Due to the area being so narrow, in some cases there are only about 15 houses from the bayfront to the oceanfront, many bayside homes are actually closer to the beach than Oceanside homes in other parts of LBI!
