Long Beach Township is one of the busiest of the six municipalities that comprise Long Beach Island. Like all towns on LBI, Beach badges are required to use the Beaches during the summer season. Beach Haven 2015 Beach badge information was recently published, and there are some advantages to buying your badge early.

Beach Haven 2015 Beach Badge Information
Beach Haven offers a preseason Beach badges rate of $30. There is a special 2015 anniversary collector’s Beach badge which may be purchased or $50. The preseason sale offers lower rates so it is important to get your bad. Rules are as follows:
- All orders must be postmarked on or before June 15, 2015
- Checks may be made payable to the borough of Beach Haven
- Badges will not be issued without the receipt
It is important to remember that the preseason beach badge sale will end on June 15. After that, rates will increase. As always, children aged 12 and under are free as are adults age 65 and over. For those over 65, a badge is still required however it will be issued at no charge. For more information contact the borough of Beach Haven at 609 – 492 – 0111.
