As storm damaged homes have all but cleared the LBI real estate market, the average price of a single family home has increased. While the average price of a home in Beach Haven Crest was still lower than the average price of a home on Long Beach Island, home prices have been on the rise. Beach Haven Crest single family home sales are as follows:

  • Two single family homes sold
  • The average price was $545,000
  • On average, homes spent 144 days on the market

While the average price of a home was roughly half that of the greater LBI real estate market, one of the homes sold traded for over $700,000.
