As buyers worked hard to be in their home for the summer season, we saw a great deal of excitement for both sales and rentals in the LBI real estate market. Fewer and fewer storm damaged home sales are seen in the market and rather, they are replaced by high end new construction. Beach Haven Gardens Real Estate in the Second Quarter of 2014 mirrored this trend with a higher average sales price.

Sales of single family homes in Beach Haven Gardens were as follows:

  • Three homes sold
  • The average price of a single family home was $945,000
  • On average, homes spent 157 days on the market

All three homes sold in Beach Haven Gardens were oceanside or oceanblock properties. For the second quarter in a row, bayside sales have lagged behind. This is important for both buyers and sellers to understand as a home must be priced accordingly to compete with its oceanside counterpart.
