The third quarter of home sales in the LBI real estate market saw a continued improvement in the number of homes sold and the average sales price. Beach Haven in particular witnessed a great deal of activity and a higher than average sales price. Sales of single-family homes in Beach Haven were as follows
- There were 10 closed transaction during the third quarter
- The average price of a single-family home was $761,400
- On average homes spent 124 days on the market
The least expensive home to sell was 212 5th St. which was a storm damaged home on an undersized lot. This home sold for $285,000 after spending 218 days on the market. The most expensive home to sell was 405 West Leeward Ave. This seven bedroom for a half bath home sold for $1,050,000 after spending 150 days on the market.

The diversity of homes sold in the third quarter in Beach Haven showed the wonderful options that are available to a homebuyer. Home styles range from a storm damaged home mentioned above, to large new constructions and even and oceanfront.
