Beach Haven Real Estate Sales in the First Quarter of 2015

Long Beach Island Real Estate

Beach Haven, which is its own municipality, is perhaps the most well-known town on Long Beach Island. The area has the most vibrant commercial district with amusements, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, and much more. While this does create a busier atmosphere, especially in the middle of town, Beach Haven is extremely popular for its convenience and close proximity to attractions. In addition, the area of South Beach Haven is almost entirely residential making for a much more relaxing environment. Beach Haven Real Estate Sales in the First Quarter of 2015 demonstrate the popularity of the area with a very strong sales quarter.
