As mentioned above, there was only one closed transaction during the first quarter. The single sale in Beach Haven Terrace was 129 W. New Jersey Ave. which was a for bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom expanded raised ranch with a pool. This home, which was located on the Bayside, sold for $765,000 after spending 311 days on the market. This translates to price per square foot of $396.37. As the year progresses, we should continue to expect to see improvement in the overall LBI real estate market.
