Single-family home sales in Brant Beach were as follows:

  • The average price of a single-family home in Brant Beach was $1,421,000
  • On average, homes spent 104 days on the market

The least expensive home to sell was 28 E. 34th St. This three bedroom one and a half-bath home was located very near the beach and sold over asking price. This home was listed for $615,000, but sold for 651,000 after spending 175 days on the market. The most expensive home to sell was 7213 Ocean Blvd. and impressive five bedroom 4 and a half-bath oceanfront with an in-deck pool and amazing views. This home sold for $2,955,000 after spending 122 days for sale in the LBI real estate market.
