Sales of single-family homes in the Brant Beach real estate market are broken down as follows:

- The average price of a single-family home in Brant Beach was $1,305,000.
- The average price per square foot was $539.20.
- On average, homes spent 86 days on the market and sold for 94.77% of their listing price.
The least expensive home to sell was 5610 Long Beach Blvd. which was a small three bedroom one bathroom Cape Cod. This home sold for $390,000 after spending 56 days on the market. This represents a price per square foot of $696.43 which is surprisingly higher than many new constructions! The most expensive home to sell was 7207 Ocean Blvd. which was an impressive new construction trading for $2,900,000 after spending 62 days on the market. This home sold for $852.94 per square foot which is significantly lower than most new construction oceanfront homes which normally trade closer to $1000 per square foot.
Overall, the Long Beach Island real estate market has presented numerous buying opportunities throughout 2016.
