Brant Beach Real Estate in the Long Beach Island Real Estate Market

The Brant Beach real estate market offers many advantages to buyers looking for a home with a central location. The access to the causeway bridge and the attractions of Beach Haven are both readily available. Since Brant Beach is one of the more narrow portions of LBI, most homes are a short walk to the beach. Generally, there are a wide array of homes for sale which can appeal to many different budgets and price points. Real estate sales in the second quarter demonstrate these trends as we see homes ranging from the $700,000 price point to the $3 million price point.
