The Brant Beach real estate market saw another increase in the number of homes sold, however the average price dropped lower. Hurricane Sandy surly played a role in the market activity as there were several storm damaged homes sold. The average sales price was also lower because only one home sold over $1,000,000. Sales of single family homes in Brant Beach were as follows:

  • Eight homes sold in the Brant Beach real estate market
  • The average price of a single family home was only $$628,062
  • On average, homes spent 122 days on the market

The least expensive home to sell was 7 W. 45th Street, a two bedroom, two bathroom storm damaged home selling for only  $260,000. This home spent 157 days on the market. By contrast, the most expensive home to sell was 5303 Ocean Blvd, a three bedroom, three and a half bathroom home that sold for $1,700,000. This home spent 205 days on the market.
