Single family home sales in Brighton Beach were as follows:

- The average price of a single family home in Brighton Beach was $1,076,875
- On average, homes spent 64 days on the market
Over $4,300,000 worth of real estate sold during the fourth quarter. The least expensive home to sell was 13 W 86th Street, a three bedroom, two bathroom home that sold for $537,500. The most expensive home to sell was 118 E 85th Street that sold for $2,100,000. This impressive oceanfront home had six bedrooms and three and half bathrooms.
