There was only one single family home sold during the third quarter. This sale was a raised ranch located at 10 W 85th Street, a three bedroom home with two bathrooms with great views of the bay. This home spent 113 days on the market and sold for $605,000. These elevated homes have gained more and more traction in the LBI real estate market.
