Brighton Beach and the LBI New Jersey Real Estate Market

The trends we see in the Brighton Beach real estate market certainly reflect those we see elsewhere on Long Beach Island. Flood insurance and the risk of future flood damage, as well as increased insurance premiums, are on many buyer’s minds. The fact that the homes sold were elevated above base flood elevation certainly speaks to this point. The Brighton Beach real estate market also shows the desirability of oceanside homes, as there were no closed bayside properties during this time period. Overall, Brighton Beach and the LBI real estate market had a healthy third quarter.
