The Dunes single-family home sales in the LBI real estate market are broken down as follows:

  • The average price of a single-family home was $991,545.
  • There were 11 closed transactions in the Dunes.
  • The median price of a single-family home was $962,000 and the average price per square foot was $424.42.
  • Homes sold for an average of 93.76% of their listing price after spending an average of 199 days on the market.

The least expensive home to sell was 9 W. Ramapo which was an older Cape Cod on the bayside. This home sold for $500,000 after spending 305 days on the market. This represents a price per square foot of $277.78. The most expensive home to sell in the Dunes real estate market was 55 W. Ohio Avenue. This was an impressive six bedroom home selling for $1,650,000 after spending just three weeks on the market. This represents a price per square foot of $532.26.
