Sales of single-family homes in the Harvey Cedars real estate market were as follows:

  • Five single-family homes sold during the first quarter
  • The average sales price of a single-family home was $1,414,500 with a median sales price of $1,275,000
  • On average, homes spent 176 days on the market
  • The average price per square foot of a single-family home was $527.38

The least expensive home to sell was 6104 Long Beach Blvd. which was a five bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home built in 2000. 6104 Long Beach Blvd. sold for $989,000 after spending 172 days on the market. The most expensive home to sell was 10 East Gloucester Ave. which was a for bedroom 3 1/2 bath home built in 2014. This home sold for $2,165,000 after spending 132 days on the market.

Sales of single-family homes in Harvey Cedars were certainly positive and reflect the upward trend we are currently witnessing in the LBI real estate market.
