Harvey Cedars Real Estate Sales in the First Quarter of 2013

Harvey Cedars Real Estate

The Long Beach Island real estate market was impacted by Hurricane Sandy which made landfall at the end of October 2012. Hurricane Sandy caused massive damage to the Long Beach Island area, however Harvey Cedars fared well thanks to the beach replenishment. The beach replenishment helped to protect the Harvey Cedars area and much of the storm damage shifted south to North Beach (which did not have a beach replenishment project). Real estate sales in Harvey Cedars were strong, even in the wake of Hurricane Sandy as is evidenced in this Harvey Cedars Real Estate Sales in the First Quarter of 2013.
