Sales of single family homes in the third quarter of 2013 in Harvey Cedars were as follows:

- The average price of a single family home was $1,220,714
- On average, homes spent a total of 145 days on the market
The least expensive home to sell during the third quarter in Harvey Cedars was 9 Camden which sold as a three bedroom, three bathroom home. 9 Camden sold for $640,000. By contrast, the most expensive home to sell was 21 W 85th Street, a six bedroom, five and a half bathroom home trading for $3,200,000. In total, over $8,500,000 worth of real estate sold in Harvey Cedars during the third quarter. A total of three homes sold over the $1,000,000 price point.
