Haven Beach Real Estate 2016 Sales in the LBI NJ Real Estate Market
Haven Beach real estate 2016 sales showed steady activity with nearly one closed single-family home each month, but a lower average price point than that of the greater Long Beach Island real estate market. This is somewhat surprising as Haven Beach is a highly sought after area with generally higher prices than some other markets on Long Beach Island. It is important to point out that several of the closed transactions were teardowns with the intention of building new homes which did support the lower than average sales price while increasing the overall investment in the Haven Beach real estate market.
