Sales of single-family homes in Holgate were as follows:

  • There were three closed transactions and hold
  • The average price of a single-family home was $1,594,117
  • On average homesspent 186 days on the market

The least expensive home to sell was for 4 West Inlet, a four bedroom three bathroom home that sold for $600,000 after spending 146 days on the market. The most expensive home to sell was 2501 Long Beach Blvd. an impressive six bedroom six bathroom home which sold for $3,480,000 after spending 279 days on the market.
