LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update April 17th 2020: The LBI real estate market had one of the most active days since coronavirus started to impact our daily lives. The end of the week saw a flurry of activity and that is a great sign for the overall outlook of home sales on Long Beach Island. Today was the kind of activity we like to see in the Long Beach Island real estate market. It was a healthy mix of new inventory, pending sales and closings. This marks the second day in a row of what I would term as favorable activity. We still have a long way to go with coronavirus or COVID but it does seem that buyer activity has picked up in the last few weeks.
