Long Beach Island Real Estate Sales Market Update December 2nd 2022
It was a rather quiet day in the LBI real estate market. The week ended with no new listings or pending sales in the market, but there was one closing and a few listings left the market. This marks the second day in a row with no new listings or pending sales.

- 1 home sold on Long Beach Island
- 0 homes saw a price reduction in the LBI real estate market

As I mentioned above, there was not much to see in the LBI real estate market today. Three listings either expired or were withdrawn, one of which was a winter rental. One home came back on the market that had previously expired and there was a closing for vacant land in Beach Haven. This weekend is the Christmas Parade in Ship Bottom which will draw some people to LBI. We will most likely see a slight increase in activity next week before tapering off until the end of the year.
