Market activity was very low today with only 4 changes to the MLS…clearly people were more concerned with chocolate than real estate on Long Beach Island today! To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market. Even though activity was light today, the trends we have seen in the LBI real estate market continued in full force. Twice as many homes left the market today as came on! COVID has presented an inventory challenge for the LBI real estate market and it is harder and harder for buyers to find good homes at good prices. There are still opportunities in the LBI real estate market, buyers just have to be patient!
