Today’s LBI real estate market update showed very limited activity with no pending sales. The Long Beach Island real estate market did produce two new listings today, one of which was relisted after having been pulled from the market. While it was a quiet day on Long Beach Island, there are still useful insights to be taken from today’s market update. The activity was as follows:
- 2 new listings came up for sale in the LBI real estate market
- 0 homes went under contract on LBI
- 2 home sold on Long Beach Island
- 0 homes saw a price reduction in the LBI real estate market

The two homes that were listed were very different from one another. One was a new construction condo built on spec and the other is a classic LBI beach house located on the bayfront. The two closed sales were very different as well. One was an older home on the bayside in Ship Bottom, and the other was an impressive oceanfront selling for over $4,000,000! Today’s LBI real estate market update, while lacking in volume, shows how there are really a wide range of options in the Long Beach Island real estate market in all styles and price points!
