LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update March 24th 2020: There were 5 changes to the Long Beach Island real estate market today. We have seen fewer events in the real estate market day to day which is to be expected. There are still many signs that the impact of the coronavirus to the LBI real estate market will be minimal but for now, we are seeing less activity. To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market. - 0 listings went under contact
- 3 properties sold on Long Beach Island
- 1 property came back on the market for sale

LBI New Jersey Real Estate Sales Analysis
While it is encouraging to see closings taking place, we must remember that these transactions came together at least a month ago, well in advance of the coronavirus. We are seeing far less new activity but at least these closed deals stayed together! They were not cancelled which is a good sign for the market. As the days move on we will pay close attention to new activity and track how many homes come back on the market.
