Home sales have been very strong over the past 6 months and as usual, single family homes lead the pack.   • There have been 16 closed single family homes in this price range
  • The average sales price has been $724,656
  • On average homes spent 217 days on the market and sold for 94.2% of their listing price
  • 4 homes are currently under contract

58 single family homes are listed between $800,000 and $900,000

  • There have been 16 closed single family homes in this price range
  • The average sales price has been $817,006
  • On average homes spent 140 days on the market and sold for 93.8% of their listing price
  • 4 homes are currently under contract

Clearly the most activity in the LBI real estate market is in the $600,000-$700,000 price range and this is reflective of what I have been seeing in the market. Homes in the $500,000-$600,000 price range have seen even more activity with 23 closed sales.
