LBI NJ Real Estate Market Update March 29th 2019 Long Beach Island real estate market activity was very busy day after a slow day yesterday. That said the activity was rather odd. There were 16 new listings, 0 price reductions, 5 pending sales and 9 closings today. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.

I mentioned above that the activity was rather odd today. That is because of the 16 new listings, the vast majority were homes that were recently pulled from the MLS and re-listed. There were a high number of closings today and pending sales were strong so despite the oddities, it was a good day in the Long Beach Island (LBI) real estate market.
