North Beach Haven second quarter real estate sales in 2015 on Long Beach Island continued to show strong activity and an overall improvement in the LBI real estate market. Buyers were certainly active in the single family home market, and sales reflected a mix of turn key home buyer purchases, as well as homes in need of renovation.

North Beach Haven second quarter real estate sales in 2015

Single family home sales in the LBI real estate market were as follows:

  • Five single family homes sold in the North Beach Haven real estate market
  • The average sale price of a single family home was $821,980 with a median sales price of $615,000
  • The average price per square foot was $597.21
  • On average, homes sold for 93.94% of their listing price and spent 195 days on the market

The least expensive home to sell was 13 E. 18th St., which was a 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath home. This property, which did need some updating, sold for $454,900 after 399 days on the market. The most expensive home to sell was 224 E. 15th St., which was a four bedroom, three bath home built in 2006. This home sold for $1,820,000 after spending 286 days on the market.
