Sales of single family homes in North Beach on Long Beach Island were as follows:

- The average sales price was $1,563,000
- Homes spent an average of 163 days on the market.
While the average sales price was roughly half of the average price in the third quarter, the range of home sale prices offer a far more realistic picture of home prices in North Beach. The least expensive sale in North Beach was 1092-C Long Beach Blvd, a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom home selling for $650,000. The most expensive sale was 6 Edgewater Drive a 6 bedroom/ 5.5 bathroom, a beautiful bay front selling for $4,100,000.
