The least expensive home to sell was 323 8th Street. This was an older home on a 50 x 100′ lot and was sold as a tear down. This home sold for $420,000 after spending 322 days on the market. This represents a sales price to list price ratio of 93.35% and a price per square foot of $233.33. The most expensive home to sell was 447 4th St. which was a four bedroom 4 1/2 bath bayfront home with 3,200 feet of living space. This home sold for $1,660,000 after spending 55 days on the market. This represents a sales price to list price ratio of 97.94% and a price per square foot of $511.08.
