Sales of single family homes in Beach Haven Gardens were as follows:
- Two homes sold
- The average price of a single family home was $1,244,078
- On average, homes spent 73 days on the market
The two homes sold were comprised of an oceanblock home and an oceanfront home. These higher end homes show how buyer confidence has increased in the LBI real estate market. The oceanblock home, 115 E. S. 31 Street was a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that sold for $888,156. The oceanfront home that sold, 211 E. S. 32nd Street, was a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that sold for $1,600,000 after spending only 19 days on the market!

It is interesting to see that once again, there were no bayside single family homes sold in Beach Haven Gardens. Elsewhere on Long Beach Island, bayside homes have been selling so this trend seems to be unique to Beach Haven Gardens thus far in 2014!
