Below I have put together a list of some ideas and features that many of my past clients have been happy they included...and some that they wish they had! Feel free to use this list to discuss with your builder for ideas of pricing and feasibility in your design.
To make the ideas listed on the page easier to understand I have broken them into several categories. Some will pertain to the initial design of the house itself while others will deal with the finished product. I have tried to keep the list function for both home design on a personal use and from the overall perspective of the LBI real estate market.
