Loveladies takes its name from Thomas Loveladies who once owned the major of the area now known as “Loveladies”. • Deeded Bay and Ocean Access-Due to the lack of public beach access points, some homes on the bayside have deeded beach access across an Oceanside tract of land. If a property has a deeded access point, the value in considerably higher as the owner of the house has the ability to access the beach. Likewise, some Oceanside homes have deeded bay access so the owners of these properties have access to the bay.
