LBI NJ Real Estate Market Update March 23rd 2019 Activity was strong in the Long Beach Island real estate market today. There were 3 new listings, 1 price reduction, 5 pending sales and 2 closings today. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island. It should be noted that 2 of the pending sales were for the same house so in ratly there were only 4 pending sales today.
