Of the 16 changes to the LBI real estate market today, 12 were either new listings or price reductions. These categories clearly dominated activity on Long Beach Island. This is not a bad thing. The LBI real estate market needs inventory, especially new inventory like we saw today. Overall the market is performing well this spring.
