LBI NJ Real Estate Market Update April 10th The Long Beach Island real estate market saw several new listings today however many of them had been on the market before. There was 7 new listings, 1 price reduction, 0 pending sale and 0 closings today. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.
LBI NJ Real Estate Market Sales Update April 10th 2019
There were a total of 7 new listings today however this is not as encouraging as it may first appear. 2 of these listings are for the same house and that house also expired in the MLS today. One of the new listings is also a summer rental, not a sale property. This kind of activity can actually skew the market statistics quite a bit and make it harder to track how the LBI real estate market is performing. That said, we have seen strong activity this month on Long Beach Island and the overall sales market is looking good.
