LBI Real Estate Market Update March 11th 2019 There were a total of 5 new listings to enter the market, however one of these was a year round rental. The average price of a new listing was about $1,500,000 not counting the rental. One of the new listings is pictured above and listed by me. It is a new build in Spray Beach about third in from the ocean with great views of the water and almost 3,000 sq. feet of listing space. Four homes saw price reductions and there was one home sold for $610,000. Below is a list of all activity in the LBI real estate market on Long Beach Island.
