The Dunes New Jersey 2023 LBI Real Estate Market Sales

The Dunes real estate market on Long Beach Island (LBI) continues to show price growth but suffers from the lack of inventory like the rest of the LBI real estate market. 2023 ended with only six closed transactions, but this lower than average number of closed sales has to do with there simply not being much on the market to buy in The Dunes! Properties in The Dunes had a wide range of prices, with the minimum listed at $1,100,000 and the maximum reaching an impressive $5,499,000. This variation underscores the diversity of options available, catering to different buyer preferences and budgets. The average listing price sat at approximately $2,797,833, while the median price stood at $2,520,000.
