Sales of single-family homes in Beach Haven real estate market were as follows:

  • There were 10 sold single-family homes in the second quarter
  • The average price of a single-family home in Beach Haven was $672,117
  • Homes spent an average of 149 days on the market

The least expensive home to sell was 215 11 Street, a one-bedroom one bathroom single-family home selling for $300,000 after spending 212 days on the market. This very unique home was on an undersized lot and is the quintessential  beach bungalow. The most expensive home to sell was 810 South Atlantic Ave. which was a six bedroom three bathroom Victorian-style home selling for $1,365,000 after spending 129 days on the market.
