Buying Beach Haven Park Real Estate

Overall, Beach Haven Park real estate sales were strong and help to perpetuate the very positive momentum we have seen throughout the Long Beach Island real estate market. A quick look at the sales shows the importance of location in the LBI real estate market. 9801 Long Beach Blvd. was an excellent home raised well above base flood elevation, yet it sold for less than $500,000. Most likely, the main reason for this is the location on Long Beach Blvd. Generally speaking, homes on Long Beach Blvd. will trade at a lower price. The more expensive homes that trade for substantially more money are located in superior locations either directly on the bayfront or only a couple houses to the beach. It is important to understand how location impacts values in the LBI real estate market.
