LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update March 30th 2020: Today the LBI real estate market saw 8 changes in the MLS. Several of these were homes going back on the market. While we do not know the exact reason these deals fell apart, there is a good chance they are tied in some way to the coronavirus. We have seen several deals fall apart as a result of the stock market decline and a general fear of the illness. In spite of all this, there are still strong indicators that the LBI real estate market will be fine once this comes under control. - 0 listings went under contact
- 2 properties sold on Long Beach Island
- 3 properties came back on the market for sale

While there were two closings today, three listings came back on the market. In fairness, two of these were an upstairs and downstairs condo but regardless, activity was not good today.We will keep an eye on activity as the weeks progress and in the meantime stay safe!
