LBI Real Estate Daily Market Update February 2nd, 2021: It was a quiet day in the Long Beach Island real estate market with only 6 changes to the MLS. The majority of these changes were pending and closed sales, once again underlining the confidence we are seeing in the LBI real estate market, in part thanks to better news in the fight against Coronavirus. To help understand the dynamics of the LBI real estate market for buyers, sellers and investors I publish a daily, weekly, and monthly sales update for the Long Beach Island real estate market.
