Barnegat Light and Long Beach Island Real Estate
Barnegat Light, the northernmost town on Long Beach Island, has seen steady activity so far in 2019. Like the rest of the LBI real estate market, Barnegat Light saw about the same amount of activity in a year over year comparison with a higher average price point.

So far the Long Beach Island real estate market has had a good year. About the same number of single family homes have sold in 2019 compared to 2018 but the average price is about $100,000 higher.
