Sales of single-family homes in the Barnegat Light real estate market on LBI during the fourth quarter of 2015 were broken down as follows:
- There were eight single-family homes sold during this time.
- The average price of a single-family home was $718,625.
- The average price per square foot was $428.57.
- On average, homes spent 114 days on the market and sold for 94.93% of the listing price.
The least expensive home to sell was 18 W. 8th Street. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath raised ranch. This home sold for $463,500 after spending 135 days on the market. The home sold for $337.83 per square foot and 89.3% of the listing price. The most expensive home to sell was 6 E. 17th Street. Located on the oceanside, this contemporary home was a 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath with many upgrades and amenities. This home sold for $995,000 after spending only 14 days on the market. The home sold for $415.62 per square foot.
