Beach Haven Crest Real Estate 2017 Sales The LBI real estate market had a very strong 2017. Overall sales showed some of the highest prices and the highest volume. Beach Haven Crest was no exception. The market showed a total of 33 closed transactions across all categories. Single family homes in Beach Haven Crest, which is the most common type of sale in the Long Beach Island real estate market, showed a total of 22 sales and an average rounded price of $1,100,000. This is actually a little higher than the LBI average price of a single family home.

As you can see from the above chart market activity was strong. There were 22 single family homes sold but also 4 multi family homes with an average price of about $650,000 and 5 parcels of land with an average price of $408,000. In addition there were 2 sold condos.
2017 ended up being a strong year in the Beach Haven Crest real estate market as well as the entire Long Beach Island real estate market. Buyer confidence has remained high and while inventory levels are low, there are still many opportunities in the LBI real estate market.
