While only two sales may seem low, it is important to remember that volume is always slower in Beach Haven Crest thanks to its small size. Representing only a few blocks of Long Beach Township, even in the best of markets the area will only report a few sales. The higher average price shows how buyers are willing to already pay more than in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Sandy which is a trend we should continue to see as the overall market improves on Long Beach Island.
