This home sold for $750,000 after spending 86 days on the market. This represents a price per square foot of $428.57. The most expensive home to sell was 109 E. 30th St. which was a brand-new construction with five bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms with 2300 feet of living space. This home sold for $1,250,000 after spending 104 days on the market. This represents a price per square foot of $543.48.
