Beach Haven knows how to put on a show at Christmas! Literally! For those who don’t know, Beach Haven is home to The Surflight Theater which is a professional stage theater putting on plays throughout the year. In the summer, they offer shows for all ages, including a special “Children’s Theater” (which my children love). For the Christmas season, The Surflight put on the world-famous “White Christmas” play; it was very well done!

Beach Haven Surflight White Christmas

The Surflight case includes some local actors and some others from around the country. Many of the professional actors come from New York with experience on Broadway! The Surflight itself is a small, intimate theater that makes the experience all the more fun. Among the many things to do on Long Beach Island and Beach Haven in the offseason, The Surflight is a top contender! White Chrismas follows the general storyline of the famous movie but has a few additional twists that make it all the more fun to watch. My wife and I were given a pair of tickets as a gift, and I am happy we went!
