Fall is a fun time in Long Beach Island, and there are plenty of activities going on. In the past couple of weeks, we have had Chowderfest, the kite festival, and this past weekend was Fantasy Island‘s Halloween Party. This now annual event opens the arcade and all the rides to visitors and incorporates a lot of fun activities as well. There are regular magic shows throughout the event, a live DJ, and a fun trick-or-treating trail, complete with a pumpkin patch at the end! It’s a fun evening event that comes in October on Long Beach Island.

Life on LBI-October 2023 Happenings
The weather is still very beautiful this time of year, and although it is starting to get a little chillier, it is still a great time to be outside. While there are no farms on LBI itself, there are a number of them in close proximity, and they offer a host of activities from Apple picking to hayrides. Coming up in the next few weeks, we will see a lot of October events focus on Halloween both on and near LBI. Perhaps best of all, the traffic lights are now blinking yellow, which is a highly celebrated time on LBI!
