Peahala Park Real Estate Home Sales
The Peahala Park real estate market had another strong year in 2021, as did the entire Long Beach Island real estate home sales market. While the number of closed transactions was lower, at 10 sales compared to 15 the prior year, the drop in sales had to do with fewer homes on the sale market. The average price was considerably higher at nearly $1,350,000, and homes spent only 26 days on the market while selling for over 98% of their listing price!
